InSearch: International Journal of Law, Business & Human Rights is a peer-reviewed, international, and open-access journal dedicated to fostering critical discourse at the intersection of three of the most dynamic fields in modern society. "InSearch" provides a scholarly platform for high-impact, original research that explores the complex and often contentious interplay between legal frameworks, corporate conduct, and the advancement of human rights.

This inaugural issue explores the critical intersection of corporate integrity and legal frameworks in Indonesia. It features in-depth analyses on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to support sustainable development goals (SDGs), the normative distinctions between Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), and the legal dilemmas surrounding civil confinement (Gijzeling) in relation to the human rights of debtors.
